School Rules & Regulations – ITech Global School
At ITech Global School, we are dedicated to providing quality education that meets the highest academic standards. The school is affiliated with the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE), Ajmer, ensuring a recognized and structured curriculum for students from Playgroup to Class 8th.
General Rules
- Students must attend school regularly and maintain punctuality.
- Every student should come in the prescribed school uniform with neat appearance.
- Politeness and good behavior are expected at all times, both inside and outside the school.
- Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or valuables to school.
- Damage to school property must be reported immediately and compensated by the student.
Attendance & Leave Rules
- A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory as per RBSE norms.
- Leave must be applied for in writing and sanctioned by the Principal.
- Continuous absence for more than 10 working days without information may lead to removal of the student’s name from the school roll.
Examination Rules
- Students must appear in all tests and examinations conducted by the school.
- Any kind of unfair means during examination will lead to strict disciplinary action.
- Report cards and progress reports must be signed by parents and returned promptly.
Discipline & Conduct
- Respect towards teachers, staff, and peers is mandatory.
- Bullying, use of abusive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Students must take care of cleanliness and maintain hygiene in classrooms and campus.
- Participation in school activities, sports, and cultural programs is encouraged but discipline must be maintained at all times.
Transport Rules
- Students using school transport must follow safety instructions given by staff.
- Indiscipline in the school bus will result in withdrawal of transport facility.
- Parents are requested to ensure timely pick-up and drop points.
